Terms and conditions for farmers
Generally we do not allow our re-homed hens to go to a commercial set up.
Reasons being:
- Farmers reliant on egg production
- Culling
- Unable to give individual care for the hens
If we do allow you to take hens it will be with the following conditions
- Regular home checks to assure our hens are kept at our standards
- No cull when hens slow their laying
- Hens are able to be returned to us if no longer wanted. Giving us 4 weeks
notice, we will collect. No money given for returned hens.
